we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Company in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday March 6 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the terms and conditions for issuance of 500 (Five Hundred) unlisted secured senior redeemable taxable transferable non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees ('INR') having a face value of INR 1000000 (Indian Rupees Ten Lakh) each and an aggregate of INR 500000000 (Indian Rupees Fifty Crores) ('Debentures') in one or more tranches on a private placement basis in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and other applicable laws.
