Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Ltd IPO subscribed 0.23 times

The offer received bids for 4.17 crore units as against 18.51 crore units on offer.

The initial public offer of Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Ltd IPO received bids for 4,17,16,818 units as against 18,50,66,845 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:48 IST on Thursday (15 October 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.23 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 15 October 2026 and it will close on Monday, 19 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 143 per share to 151 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 99 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 2,830 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 2,182 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 5,012 crore.
