Tonbo Imaging India Ltd IPO subscribed 4 times

The offer received bids for 3.41 crore units as against 0.85 crore units on offer.

The initial public offer of Tonbo Imaging India Ltd IPO received bids for 3,41,40,729 units as against 85,26,033 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:48 IST on Thursday (15 October 2026). The issue was subscribed 4 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 15 October 2026 and it will close on Monday, 19 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 665 per share to 700 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 21 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 0 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 852 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 852 crore.
