Skyways Air Services Ltd consolidated sales up 54.45% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit surged by 23.34%

Skyways Air Services Ltd share price gained 3.92% to Rs 118.0 after the company's net profit saw a strong growth of 23.34% to Rs 26.79 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 54.45% to Rs 1216.53 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.


The market capitalization of Logistics Solution Provider industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.38 lakh crore, gaining 8.67%. It has slipped by 1.97% over last one week and moved up slightly by 2.27% in last one month while the market capitalization of Skyways Air Services Ltd has remained flat


Profit before tax (PBT) of Skyways Air Services Ltd stood at Rs 37.28 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 121.90% year-on-year, and jumping 50.26% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 41 crore, expanding by 80.66% YoY and surging by 48.13% sequentially.


Total expenses soared by 54.72% to Rs 1171.01 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 35.79 crore, soaring 17.58% YoY.


For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 25.14% to Rs 2812.9 crore, while net profit jumped 31.95% to Rs 63.52 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 6497% to Rs 99.76 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 30.57% to Rs 87.68 crore compared to previous TTM.


The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 113.62 crore in FY26, as against Rs 2.01 crore in FY25.
