Onward Technologies closes trading window ahead of quarterly results declaration

Onward Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that its trading window will be closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Attention Investor:

Prevent unauthorised transactions in your account Update your mobile numbers/email IDs with your stock brokers/Depository Participant. KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets - once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (broker, DP, ,Mutual ).
