NIVI TRADING LIMITED closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

NIVI TRADING LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from September 30, 2026, for all designated persons, in accordance with the company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ and in view of the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.

Attention Investor:

KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets - once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (broker, DP, ,Mutual ).
