Mega Fin (India) Limited's trading window will close October 1, 2026, pending financial results

Mega Fin (India) Limited will close its trading window for all Connected Designated Persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the submission of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, to the BSE Limited.

Attention Investor:
