JK Agri Genetics closes equity trading window ahead of financial results declaration

JK Agri Genetics Ltd. informed the BSE Ltd. that the trading window for equity shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
