FYNX Capital Limited plans to raise up to Rs 28,000.00 lakhs through a rights issue of fully paid-up equity shares to its existing shareholders, with the filing of an in-principle application and draft letter of offer submitted to the BSE Limited on October 27, 2026, as approved by the board on October 26, 2026; the company, formerly known as Rajath Finance Limited, disclosed this in a regulatory filing made in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
