Aptech Limited secures Rs 3.21 crore contract from an Autonomous Government Body for online examination services

Aptech Limited has received an order worth Rs 3,21,00,000 from an Autonomous Government Body to provide computer-based online examination services, including venue and infrastructure, invigilation, and related activities, commencing January 1, 2027, and concluding December 31, 2027. According to a disclosure made to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 28, 2026, the contract outlines specific terms, deliverables, and a service level agreement, and does not involve any related party transactions or interest from promoters.
