Aayush Wellness Limited has set September 22, 2026, as the cut-off date to determine member eligibility for voting at its 42nd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 29, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing and other audio visual means, with remote e-voting available from September 26, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. (IST) to September 28, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. (IST), facilitated by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
