Refex Renewables & Infrastructure to transfer Refex Sustainable Fuel to Refex Green Power

The board of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure at its meeting held on 17 October 2026 has approved disinvestment by way of transfer of 100% equity stake in Refex Sustainable Fuel, a wholly-owned subsidiary and transfer it to Refex Green Power, another wholly-owned subsidiary, thereby making it a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary company.
