The board of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure at its meeting held on 17 October 2026 has approved increase in authorised share capital of the company from Rs 20 crore to Rs 50 crore.

The board also approved increase in borrowing limits from Rs 300 crore to Rs 450 crore.

The board also approved issue of up to 4,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each, to ‘non-promoter' category on a preferential basis, for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 16.20 crore.
