Share India Securities announces dilution of its stake in Silverleaf

Share India Securities announced that the company's shareholding in Silverleaf Securities Research (Silverleaf), a subsidiary of the company, has diluted from 73.09% to 64.81% of the paid-up share capital on account of the company's non-participation in the rights issue of Silverleaf.
