Board of Atul approves Rs 90-cr share buyback

The board of Atul at its meeting held on 23 October 2026 has approved buyback of up to 1.20 lakh equity shares of the company at a price of up to Rs 7,500 per equity share payable in cash, for an aggregating amount not exceeding Rs 90 crore.
