IPO Synopsis

Ashutosh Fibre Ltd
Initial public offer of upto 61,24,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Ashutosh Fibre Limited ("The Company"or "Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 87-92 per equity share ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 53.29-56.35 Crore comprising of fresh issue of up to 61,24,800 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 53.29-56.35 ("The Issue") of which up to 3,07,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.67-2.83 Crore will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of up to 58,17,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 87-92 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 50.61-53.52 Crore ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute [*] % and [*] % of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 87 to Rs. 92 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 8.7 times and the cap price is 9.2 times the face value of the equity shares.
