MCX Gold futures finished up 0.28% at Rs 147903.0 per 10 gram in last session. The open interest in the counter recorded a modest decline of 2.15%.Trading volume edged lower by 9.45%. The counter is down around 2.65% in last one-week.

MCX iCOMDEX Gold index lost 0.35% to end at 35365.92.

MCX Gold CE option for Rs 160000, fell sharply by 32.06% at Rs 97.50 in last session.
