IPO Synopsis

Silkflex Polymers (India) Ltd
Initial public offering of 34,82,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Silkflex Polymers (India) Limited ("SPIL" or "The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 52/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 42 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 18.11 crores ("The Issue") of which 1,78,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.93 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 33,04,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 52/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 17.18 crores ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.00 % and 28.47 % of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each and the issue price is 5.2 times of the face value.
