IPO Synopsis

Addictive Learning Technology Ltd
Initial public offering up to 42,97,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Addictive Learning Technology Limited ("ALTL" or the "Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 140/- per equity share (the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 60.16 crores ("The Offer"), comprising a fresh issue of up to 41,37,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 57.92 crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 1,60,000 equity shares by Ramanuj Mukherjee, Abhyudaya Sunil Agarwal, ("The Promoters" or "Selling Shareholders") Komal Shah and Harsh Jain ("The Promoter Group" or "The Selling Shareholder") aggregating to Rs. 2.24 crores ("Offer for Sale"). out of the offer, 3,16,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 4.42 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 39,81,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00/- each at an issue price of Rs. 140/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 55.73 crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 27.01% and 25.02%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
