Samco Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Balkrishna Kini has been appointed as an Additional (Independent) Director, in addition to the existing Directors, on the Board of Directors of Samco Trustee Private Limited ('Trustee Company') with effect from April 29, 2026.

Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.), LL.B., MBA (Master of Administrative Management) .
