Initial public offering of 53,99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 167 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 157 Per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 90.17 Crore (the "Issue"). Price Band: Rs. 167 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price is 16.70 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 85 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each and in multiples of 85 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each thereafter.
