IPO Synopsis

S. K. Offset Ltd
Initial public issue of upto 23,25,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of S. K. Offset Limited ("Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 119-125 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 109-115 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 27.67-29.06 Crores ("the Issue") of which 1,20,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.43-1.5 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 22,05,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 119-125 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 26.24-27.56 Crores ("Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.03% and 28.48% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 119/- to Rs. 125/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 11.90 times of the face value and the cap price is 12.50 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 2,000 equity shares and in multiples of 1,000 equity shares thereafter.
