Nifty July futures were at 5329.10, at a premium of 12.15 points over spot closing of 5316.95. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 82465.62 crore from Rs 72954.94 crore on Thursday, 5 July 2012.
State Bank of India (SBI) July 2012 futures were at 2208.90, at a discount compared to spot closing of 2222.50.
ICICI Bank July 2012 futures were at 930.35, at a discount compared to spot closing of 936.
Tata Motors July 2012 futures were at 237.85, at a discount compared to spot closing of 240.60.
In the cash market, the S&P CNX Nifty fell 10.35 points or 0.19% to settle at 5,316.95, its lowest closing level since 4 July 2012.
The July 2012 derivatives contracts expire on 26 July 2012.
